Terms & Conditions

1. By becoming the student of ISLA and signing this application, you are deemed to have accepted with free and full consent all the agreements and contracts between you and the institution, and that you have also agreed and accepted all contracts and agreements concluded between ISLA and other institutions/companies for the betterment of the course for which you have registered yourself.
2. Enrolment for the course, together with the payment of the required deposit or first installment of fees, creates a binding agreement to follow the course and pay the full fees. Even if a student subsequently decides not to complete the course, no refund can be made, as a space has been committed to the student for the duration of the program, and the Professional Training Center (ISLA) will not entertain any request for refunds.
3. Students will be charged a late fee of ₹500 per installment per week, in addition to the fee balance as on date.
4. The students will be liable for all legal expenses incurred in recovering late or non-payment of tuition fees on an indemnity basis. In the event of such legal action taken by the training center against you, the training center reserves the right to claim the full amount due from the student.
5. All notes, soft notes, class video tapes, and other materials given to students are the intellectual property of the training center and are given to registered students of the class as consideration for enrolment, who agree to respect the intellectual property rights of the training center.
6. In case the student discontinues the course at any stage or he/she has been dismissed from the course, the fees once paid by him/her will not be refunded. If the student is paying the fees in parts, then only after the payment of the full fees of the course shall he/she be relieved from the course.
7. The student, by filling and duly signing this application, states and declares his/her consent to abide by all the rules and regulations framed by the institution, which may be amended from time to time for the betterment of the course/student community.
8. The student is expected to maintain utmost discipline both inside and outside the campus, failing which he/she shall be liable to be dismissed from the course immediately.
9. The syllabus of Logistics & Supply Chain Management and the other courses are approved by LSC Council as per the rules & regulations stipulated by the authority.
10. Examination and certification of the students will be controlled by LSC COUNCIL.
11. Imperial Shipping and Logistics Academy provides Career Assistance for students passing out from the institute to help them get placed. The institute will provide interview coaching, language training, personality development, mind setting, computer training, and special skills training to the students to help them secure a job.
12. Imperial Shipping and Logistics Academy does not assure or guarantee placement, and the institute does not commit to any 100% placement guarantee, but provides 100% placement support.

Declaration

I declare that the information furnished by me is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I have read and fully understood the above terms and conditions and that oral terms are not binding. I further understand that I will not be entitled to any refunds and will be required to pay fees in full.
